ELEVEN has dedicated dough preparation and bread handling areas which are cleaned regularly.
Good hygiene practices are observed, including frequent hand washing.
Equipment, utensils and contact points are washed or sanitised carefully.
After baking the bread is bagged and delivered in paper carriers to minimise the risk of contamination.
Delivery is contactless to prepaid order. No cash is handled.
In addition to the gluten in grain which sourdough breaks down but does not eradicate, our products are prepared in a space where there may be nut traces. Filled flatbreads contain Zatar (Sesame seed).
